Our purchaser was attracted to the location, the Eds and Meds of Columbia, city, county and state government employment along with the manufacturing economy of  the Columbia MSA. Like a good number of real estate transactions, some significant challenges needed to be addressed in the due diligence process ; however, our team of over 40 years experience in real estate was able to overcome these arduous issues and get this deal to closing.

Our client is looking to purchase credit quality convenience stores in the Southeast and Southwest with the parameters outlined above.
