Nick Binder is a retail investment sales associate at Bennett Realty & Development(BR&D). He exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of investment properties including single tenant net leased assets and strip centers throughout the Eastern, U.S. Nick’s extensive background in corporate finance allows him to be both a broker and advisor to his clients and lead with a client-first approach that BR&D is known for. His focus and professionalism are unmatched which affords him to maximize his clients’ return on their assets in the case of an acquisition and to realize the best profits on a sale. Nick has complete transactions that include Tenants such as 7-Eleven, Rite Aid, Family Dollar, and others.

Nick resides in Philadelphia, where he has called home his whole life. He graduated from Temple University with a degree in Corporate Finance. During off times, you can find him spending time with his family having Sunday Dinner or hanging down at the shore. Apart from Commercial Real Estate, his two main passions are his favorite sports team the Philadelphia Eagles, and his favorite band The Grateful Dead.
