Jeffrey Albanese comes to Bennett Realty and Development with over 40 years of experience in real estate and operations. In Jeff’s long corporate career consisted of serving as Senior Real Estate Manager at Quick Chek for 25 years. At Quick Chek Jeff was involved in completing over 90 new Convenient Store locations.  Jeff also has experience in growing startup businesses and managing a large-scale retail operation with over 70 locations and 600 employees. Jeff possesses strong negotiation skills and extensive experience appearing before many Land Use Boards in NJ and NY gaining support and approvals of deals.

With extensive experience in the expansion and growth of retail businesses in the northeast, Jeff focuses on finding and securing the best commercial properties and sites with the highest investment potential and return on investment. Jeff excels at implementing real estate strategies by analyzing the latest market data and trends and can provide overall oversight of site selection and approvals.

From sitting on Planning, Zoning and Municipal Utility Boards, Jeff’s success is based on the collaboration with property owners, attorneys, engineers, environmental engineers, and other professionals driving multiple projects through the approval process.

Jeff resides in Sparta, NJ with his wife.  Jeff is a father and grandfather who enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending as many concerts as he possibly can.
