With over 40 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Howard M. Levy serves as Managing Director at the Company. He is responsible for and oversees the Company’s Shopping Center Investment Sales Platform.  Additionally, he is active in the Company’s Net Leased Investment Sales platform.

Howard previously worked in the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap where he closed dozens of transactions with a cumulative purchase price in excess of $150,000,000.  At Marcus, he was a member of the National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. 

Prior to joining Marcus, Howard was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Philadelphia based EBL&S, Inc, a fully integrated real estate development and management company where he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the leasing and property management groups, the development and construction division as well as land use and entitlement efforts. As Chief Operating Officer, he was a key decision maker on all property related matters and served in that role for 23 years. 

During his 35-year career at EBL&S, Howard successfully navigated through several real estate cycles based on his knowledge and ability to work with various classes of commercial real estate. Prior to joining EBL&S in 1983, he was employed at Price Waterhouse and currently holds his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Levy is an active participant in the ICSC serving on many panels and participating in its annual conferences.

Howard resides in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania. He graduated from University of Scranton with a degree in accounting. During off times, you can find him spending time with his wife at the south Jersey shore and the many fine restaurants in Philadelphia and its suburbs. Apart from commercial real estate, he only recently retired from playing basketball twice a week and is passionate about his two children that recently graduated from college as well as watching and following various sports.
