Benjamin Halpern has been a retail investment sales specialist since June 2023. He advises and assists private investors in all aspects of single & multi-tenant investment transactions across various tenant types but has carved out a niche in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Bennett, Ben was a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office where he interned and was ultimately offered a full position.  During that time, he focused on the sale and acquisition of Single Tenant Net Leased Investment Properties.

Ben is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he dual majored in Finance and Real Estate. When he’s not working, Ben enjoys playing chess, golfing, fishing and spending quality time with his friends and family.
