Congratulations to our client Kevin Kim on the grand opening of his newest store at 435 Lexington Avenue, Clifton, NJ on Friday, May 5, 2023

The store opened as Food Universe, a wholly-owned Key Food Stores Coop, Inc subsidiary.

The store was formally a Rite Aid which was transformed into a modern “state of the art” grocery store with all the bells and whistles including a full-service meat department, fresh seafood department, full-service deli and bakery.

Bennett Realty & Development Welcomes Eric Heller to the Team!

Eric Heller has joined Bennett Realty & Development New Jersey’s office as a Director of Multifamily, the Company’s newly formed advisory platform.  Eric will play an integral part in our team as he will expand the ever-growing company’s service lines to now include multifamily sales.

Eric is a highly experienced industry veteran brining almost 3 decades of skills and relationships. He started his career in Information Technology supporting major influential companies such as the NBA and Oxford Instruments to name a few.  As he transitioned careers in the commercial real estate, Eric’s focus has been in the multifamily space.

Prior to joining Bennett, Eric served as Director of Multifamily Investment Sales | Redevelopment for Midtown Commercial, a full service national commercial real estate firm as well as Lee & Associates as Vice President – Investment Sales | Redevelopment.  He has played a key role in the approval and/or development of over 1000 multifamily units across northern New Jersey’s most prolific markets, including but not limited to Linden, Bayonne, Roselle, Plainfield, and Metuchen. His expertise extends beyond stabilized core multifamily assets to include assemblages, complex development deals, and value-add mixed-use buildings.
