BENNETT REALTY & DEVELOPMENT ADDS TO IT’S INVESTMENTS SALES PLATFORM
Nick Binder has joined Bennett Realty & Development (BR&D), the New Jersey based firm has announced. Nick will play an integral part of the team as he exclusively represents both sellers and buyers of single tenant net-leased assets and strip centers throughout the Eastern, U.S.
Nick started his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2019 at Marcus & Millichaip based in Philadelphia. There, he specialized in sale and acquisition of net-leased retail properties. Over time he has expanded his focus to also include strip centers, portfolios, and value-add investments where he has successfully closed over $100,000,000 in transaction volume across multiple states. Nick’s extensive background in corporate finance allows him to be both a broker and advisor to his clients and lead with a client-first approach that BR&D is known for. Having completed transactions that include Tenants such as 7-Eleven, Rite Aid, Family Dollar, and others, Nick has proven his understanding to all facets of the Investment Sales discipline.

Nick resides in Philadelphia, where he has called home his whole life. He graduated from Temple University with a degree in Corporate Finance. During off times, you can find him spending time with his family having Sunday Dinner or hanging down at the shore. Apart from Commercial Real Estate, his two main passions are his favorite sports team the Philadelphia Eagles, and his favorite band The Grateful Dead.
