Tyler Bennett


Tyler Bennett founded Bennett Realty Group in Summer 2016 and serves as President and Broker of Record of the firm. He has been a retail broker for over a decade, during which time he has amassed significant knowledge of the retail markets in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Tyler has created a unique real estate firm that focuses on both third party brokerage and advisory services as well as development of commercial properties.


As one of the preeminent retail brokers in the tristate area, Tyler Bennett represents a wide range of national tenants including the Signet Jewelers brands (Kay Jewelers, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry and Zales), Buffalo Wild Wings, Wendy’s, Pep Boys, and Bar Louie, among others. His exemplary skills in all aspects of retail brokerage, including landlord representation, tenant representation, advisory services and development, provide his clients with a second to none experience for all their retail real estate needs.


Prior to founding Bennett Realty Group, Tyler Bennett was a founding partner of Winick Realty Group’s New Jersey office. He served as a managing partner and Broker of Record for Winick’s New Jersey office while working with a large group of tenants and landlords. Throughout his career and having completed hundreds of deals, he has worked with a multitude of tenants including McDonald’s, TD Bank, Panera Bread, Walmart, Shoprite and Chase Bank. Tyler has also represented some of the country’s biggest landlords including Regency Centers, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, Vornado Realty Trust and H. Hovnanian Industries. Additionally, he has completed strategic development projects in conjunction with many developers including Eden Property Company, and H. Hovnanian Industries.


Tyler Bennett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Montclair State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He was also featured as “One to Watch” in Chain Store Age’s annual “Under 40 Rising Stars” issue and has been featured in some of the industries most recognized publications including the Wall Street Journal.
